FEED YOUR BRAIN
In a world of photo feeds, autoplay, and streaming it’s easy to get lost in all the noise. To say that I need to take a step back hundreds of times a week and choice to be intensional with the way I spend my time would be an understatement. As grown a$$ adults, we need to be as aware of what we are feeding our brains and the ideas we are consuming as we are with what food we put into our bodies. You are what you eat.
